29/03/20 - Revised By-laws

The By-laws were amended at our March Committee meeting to:

-Change the membership fees from the 2020 - 2021 financial year onwards to $50 for
non-country membership fees and set the joining fee at $0 with a free membership
badge and club sticker but no free club hat;

-Include the amendments to cover the requirements for entering contracts with T&C; and

-Include a process to suspend a committee member, supported by a Club Code of
Conduct, as part of clarifying what behaviour is expected from (Committee) Members.
