Tuesday 11th of November 2025 - Afterwork Get Together - Cruise & Cheap Eats
Get your passports as we are heading to “The North” on this midweek evening cruise along the river and ocean to The Pipers Inn in Currambine, a Scottish owned & operated authentic traditional Scottish style small bar.
There’s a common trope of Scots being frugal to the point of cheapness and never wanting to spend any money. So where better to go for this instalment of a Cruise & Cheap Eats! And to top it off on Tuesdays all their meals are half price.
They have British beers on tap such as Tennent’s Lager, Belhaven Best, Thatcher’s Cider – just to name a few - and serve Pub Grub and Scottish Favourites such as Chips n Curry, Filled Rolls, Chicken Pakora, Belhaven Steak Pie, Bangers n Mash and Haggis Neeps n Tatties.
We meet at 5:30pm for a 6pm departure in the Roe car park, Forrest Drive, Kings Park, click here for a map. If that time is a bit tight for you feel free to meet us at the Pipers Inn.

If you can't make it for the start you are welcome to meet up with us about 7 pm at the venue
