Sunday 21st of July 2019 - Southern MX-5 Cruise to Ferguson Falls Wines & Cafe

Join your President in his new Dutch Racing Orange 30th Anniversary MX-5 on a 180 km run to Ferguson Falls Wines & Cafe with a regroup in Waroona. We meet at Pelicans on the Murray, 1 Pelican Road, South Yunderup, WA 6208 at 9am for a 9:30 departure (Click here to view a map). Get there a bit earlier if you want to enjoy breakfast overlooking the Murray River.

The first leg is in 3 parts; we head towards Dwellingup on undulating roads with some moderate twisties. From Dwellingup to Nanga Brook the road becomes much narrower and the forest closes in around you before the road opens up in the last section to Waroona with some great swervery to boot.

The second leg explores some of the scenic roads on the flats before heading inland on Mornington Road and descending to Wellington Dam where we cross the causeway and follow the roller coaster one way road along the Preston River on our way to Ferguson Falls Wines & Cafe.

After the free wine tasting we indulge in a “family feast”; all you can eat gourmet pizzas served with warm autumn salad & fruity garden salad.
