Sunday 24th of February 2019 - Motorsport Autotest/Funkhana and Information Session

This event is a night Funkhana/Autotest being run primarily on the infield skid pad at Barbagallo Raceway from 17:00 to 22:00.
Check-In from 16:30.
Scrutineering from 16:30.

There will not be any food/drink available. Bring everything that you need.

Due to difficulties confirming Motorsport Championship Series 10 venue fixtures this first event is being run as a standalone autotest/funkhana/information meet. There will be a comprehensive drivers briefing followed by a driving fundamentals information session. Driving starts at 6pm and for the first hours or so some of our senior drivers are available for some in car tuition on a simple autotest circuit. The rest of the booked time will be a timed autotest run under AASA rules as per a championship round.

All Series 10 Championship Entrants are strongly encouraged to enter this event. All entrants have been emailed the forms required. Entries close at noon on Monday 18/2/2019. The fee will then be set.

A current AASA club motorsport or CAMS L2S competition licence is required.

Scrutineering Form

For this event:-
1. AASA National Competition Rules - Tarmac apply.
2. Supplementary Regulations as published by the MX-5 Club of WA on this event page apply.
3. Present a completed Entry Form for this event.
4. Drivers must present at Check-In with a completed scrutineering and disclaimer form declaring that they have prepared and checked themselves and their car to ensure that they meets the highest standard. Random checks will occur.
5. Present proof of a valid competition licence (AASA or CAMS L2S or L2NS)
6. Present a completed AASA Release and Waiver of Liability form
7. Attendance at the Drivers Briefing is mandatory.
8. Latecomers will NOT compete in the event.
