Sunday 4th of September 2011 - Monthly Cruise The Swingers Cruise

The MX-5 Club cruise on the 1st Sunday of each month.

We meet at Burswood (click here to view a map) at 9AM for a 9:30 AM start.

Gary Carlin and Linley Ford are taking us on a cruise with a difference…

You will all have heard those wild stories about those 70’s key parties in which men place their keys into a bowl and the women randomly select keys from the bowl and leave with the key's owner...

Well we are not going to do quite that (at least not during the cruise…) but the idea is that for 2 of the 4 segments of this cruise, a navigation trial, you swap your passenger and pair up with someone else to assist you with navigation. It’s all in the name of meeting new people, mitigating stress and avoiding relationship breakdowns!

Partner swapping will be random and at the discretion of the judges. Couples will re-pair (or is that repair...) for the final segment to the Mia Flora Nursery / Cafe on Brookton Highway in Karragullen.

There is a grassed picnic area and a limited menu (foccacia, quiche and the like) is available at the cafe.
