Wednesday 17th of December 2008 - Xmas Lights Cruise

We meet from 8:00 pm onwards in Fern Park, Fern Road, Riverton for a pre cruise twilight picnic or BBQ (there are free BBQ in the park). To avoid arriving in a large group and minimise our contribution to the inevitable traffic chaos at each of the 15 streets we will be visiting you start the cruise when you are ready!

The cruise includes Consulate Court in Thornlie, one of Perth's most spectacular streets during Christmas as ten of the 13 houses in the street have joined in an annual Christmas lights display for the past 15 years. The cruise ends at the 2007 winner of the Channel 7 Xmas light competition in Bibra Lake
