Wednesday 15th of April 2015 - Presidents 4P Midweek Lunchtime Cruise

The club is always looking for new events for its members, and President Parker’s Pretty & Pointless (4P) Midweek Lunch Cruise is the first time that the club has organised a short social cruise on a Wednesday for those that are retired, of independent means or on shift or FIFO rosters who can ditch the “W” thing for a few hours on a Wednesday to enjoy their Fives.

We gather in the café of the Margaret River Chocolate Company on West Swan Road at about 10:30 for a pre-run coffee or hot chocolate before leaving in our own time for an 88km (about 90 minute) cruise through some of the more twisty roads in the hills.

Our lunch destination is the new Homestead Brewery (Mandook Estate) at Harris Road in Caversham (join us there for lunch around 12:30 if you just want to lunch with fellow members).

“Pretty?” - Because there are some beautiful, twisty, “5” roads.

“Pointless?” – You’ll just have to turn up to find out!
