Sunday 10th of April 2011 - MX-5 Club Driving Training
Accident Avoidance School

Whether you’ve just got your ‘Ps’, or you’ve been driving for fifty years, you can improve your driving skills by attending an MX-5 Driver Training Day.

Ian Lewis and his happy band of helpers will be running the Club ‘Accident Avoidance School’ at the purpose built RAC Driving Centre, 46 Grogan Drive, Perth International Airport.

The school starts at 9:30 AM with a theory session on accident avoidance and advanced driving skills. After you have enjoyed your BYO lunch you get to put into practice what you’ve learnt. Experienced instructors will brief you on the start line, observe your drive and debrief you as you exit the track. You’ll gain the confidence to enjoy your driving more and get a taste of grass roots motor sport!

The practical session finishes around 4:30 PM.

Your club encourages safe driving by subsidising your education, so it's only $35 for members. The skills learned may save your life on the road. Unlike our Motorsport events there is no requirement to wear a helmet and as the school caters for all skill levels, ‘including none at all’, there’s no excuse!

Most importantly, places are limited to 21 members only, so E-mail Motorsport@MX5Club.com.au ASAP to register your interest.
